感謝您選用我們的服務！致富一向致力提供優質服務，為了進一步提升用戶體驗，我們將為您的港股及環球證券的結單加密。由2018年2月26日起，我們將正式實施此加密措施。為使您更了解有關運作，我們將設2018年1月22日至2月25日為適應期，期間您將會收到兩封電郵，分別附上加密的結單和沒有加密的結單。適應期後，我們會正式實施加密措施，屆時您只會收到加密的結單。
您開啟加密結單時須輸入預設密碼，該密碼設定為您開戶時的身份證明文件的首三個數字（不包括英文字母），例如您的身份證明文件號碼是「A123456(7)」，密碼即為「123」。您亦可登入網上客戶服務平台「自助通」，隨時查閱過去6個月的結單。

Thank you for choosing our service. Chief has always been striving for excellent service quality and continuous improvement. To further enhance our services, starting from 26th February 2018, your HK Stock and Global Stock daily and monthly statement will be encrypted. In order to provide a more thorough understanding of the encryption arrangement, an adaptation period will be given from 22nd January 2018 to 25th February 2018. During this period, you will receive two separate emails attached with encrypted and unencrypted statements respectively. After the adaptation period, you will only receive the email with encrypted statement(s).
To open the statement, a login password is required. Your default password is the first 3 numeric digits of your identity document number that you used for opening account. For example, if your identity document number is “A123456 (7)”, the login password will be “123”. You can also view up to 6 months of your previous statements by logging into Customer Services Platform "ChiefEasy".
