Responsibilities:

• Draft and review promotion material (ATL and BTL), including but not limited to public announcements, and any marketing & promotion content to cultivate positive customer engagement across difference target sectors.
• Responsible for the entire marketing material logistics from idea generation to material production and delivery with the consideration of compliance of any applicable legal requirement as well as the optimal efficiency and effectiveness of the end product delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify marketing needs, needed improvements leading to executable plans for making the initiative happen.
• Capture and analyze social data/metrics to implement the best practices that enhance marketing effectiveness, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement based on insights gained.
• Provide recommendations with the team based on the social data/metrics captured for improving SEO positions for target keywords through adjustments to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Marketing, PR, Advertising, or Communication.
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience preferably gained in the finance industry.
• Familiar with in social media marketing / digital marketing would be a plus.
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English as well as strong writing skills in traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese and English 
• Proactive, can-do attitude, and attention to detail.
• IANG Visa holder is welcomed
