Client Relationship Manager (Web3 & High-Net-Worth Clients)

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager specializing in Web3 and high-net-worth clients. You will acquire and manage high-value clients (HNWIs, family offices, institutions, Web3 companies) and drive AUM and trading volume growth through professional advisory.

This is a KPI-driven role requiring strong goal orientation, fast learning, and flexibility for frequent client travel.


  • Source and onboard high-net-worth and institutional clients, especially Web3 ecosystem players (exchanges, project teams, digital asset funds) via visits, events, communities and referrals

  • Build long-term trust-based relationships and understand clients' investment goals, capital scale and digital asset needs through regular reviews

  • Own key metrics (AUM, trading volume, revenue); consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets

  • Develop deep expertise across both traditional products (equities, ETFs, futures, structured products) and digital assets (spot, perpetuals, options, Earn/wealth products, custody solutions); provide professional comparison and allocation advice

  • Gather client needs and pain points, collaborate with product, operations and research teams to deliver cross-market, cross-ecosystem solutions for key accounts

  • Stay current on capital markets andWeb3 industry trends, competitor strategies and new product launches; regularly share client feedback and competitivein sights internally


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields preferred

  • At least 2+ years of experience in Web3 or financial services (exchanges, brokerages, banks, asset management) with hands-on knowledge of major exchanges, wallets, custody solutions, or DeFi products

  • Solid understanding of crypto assets and traditional financial derivatives, with basic knowledge of financial markets and risk-return dynamics

  • Strong KPI and results orientation, resilient under pressure, and able to navigate ambiguity to drive outcomes

  • Thrive in high-intensity work pace and frequent client travel (Greater Bay Area and overseas markets)

  • Fluent in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English (spoken and written)
