Responsibilities:

• Support Equity Business Development and relevant operations, including Hong Kong and US equities, US options, US bonds, short selling, and IPO services

• Collaborate with external counterparties such as HKEX, clearing institutions, and providers to optimize trade execution and cost efficiency

• Liaise with front-line sales and back-office departments to ensure seamless business workflow and resolve client requests

• Compile periodic management reports on trading activities, commission income, and other key business metrics to support business analysis and decision-making.

• Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities, and actively participate in formulating business strategies to maximize market share.

• Participate in UAT and system enhancement project to improve trading efficiency and user experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines

• Holder of SFC Type 1 license is a MUST

• At least 2 years of related experience with solid knowledge in Equity Business products

• Proficient in Python or VBA for data analysis and automation

• High attention to detail and commit to produce top-quality work

• A good-team player who able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
