Responsibilities:

• Support the daily operations of global stock trading, with primary focus on the U.S. market, including trade execution, order monitoring, and client order handling

• Monitor clients’ trading positions and risk exposure; execute forced liquidation (margin call actions) when necessary to control trading risk

• Track market movements, trading limits, and client margin requirements to ensure compliance with internal risk management policies

• Present information on stocks and derivatives products to customers; providing timely updates and product insights

• Assist in collecting and analyzing market information, formulating trading strategies

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing queries and providing high-quality service

• Mainly on middle / night shift while shift allowance will be granted

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above (Finance / Investment related discipline are highly preferred)

• Holder of SFC RA 1,2 or qualify to registered

• Good knowledge of US stock and with experience in margin call handling

• Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Mature, Fast response and able to work under pressure

• High level of initiative, accuracy and patience

• Good command of spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English
