Responsibilities:

工作職責

• 策劃、籌備並執行公司之展會、會議及線下活動專案

• 負責場地勘查、供應商詢價與篩選，並把控服務品質

• 負責活動現場搭建、流程控制、後勤支援，確保活動順利舉行

• 進行數據統計與成效分析，持續優化活動表現

• 制定活動宣傳計畫，善用線上與線下渠道推廣，提升活動影響力

Requirements:

任職要求

• 大學本科或以上學歷（市場行銷、傳播、商科相關專業優先）

• 兩年以上 公關、會展或廣告公司相關活動專案執行經驗

• 熟悉活動策劃及專案管理流程

• 具備市場敏銳度，對金融行業有興趣

• 具備強行動力與解決問題能力，能快速應對突發情況

• 能以廣東話，普通話及英文流利溝通

• 積極主動、細心專注、組織有條理、責任心強且具獨立工作能力
