• Lead and manage the insurance team, formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team premium and revenue targets, aiming for top market performance

• Provide one-stop insurance products to existing and new clients by identifying their financial needs

• Proactively acquire and expand quality customer base through referrals, strategic partners and personal network, building long-term and sticky client relationships

• To comply with the regulatory requirements and the internal policies and guidelines

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• Holder of valid IIQE/IIQAS

• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in insurance or wealth management sales, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role; brokerage / banking / insurance industry is an advantage

• With solid and active personal client portfolio or sales channels (e.g. affluent individuals, corporate clients, specific industry groups or long-term intermediary partners) that can be quickly converted into business results

• Extensive experience in channel management / strategic partnerships, with proven cases of driving recurring premiums and revenue through these channels

• Proactive, result-oriented, highly driven with strong market sense, and able to meet ambitious sales targets under pressure

• Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese)
