Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Business Development:
Actively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients to expand the company’s client base of high-net worth clients
Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients
Financial Advisory
Promote a wide range of stock investment & wealth management products to meet clients’ financial goals as long as team performance goals
Facilitate client’s investment allocation, with consideration of risk assessment, and portfolio management to enhance client satisfaction and product penetration
Collaboration & Sales Growth
Assist the sales team to generate revenues, through different campaigns or marketing activities
Conduct regular client reviews to assess portfolio performance and recommend adjustments or new investment opportunities
Compliance & Leadership
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales and client interactions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, company's latest product, and regulatory changes to provide clients with informed advice
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Holder of SFC Type 1& 4 licenses
Minimum 2 years of work experience in relationship management, with good knowledge with investment products is a must
Proven track record as a bank relationship manager or wealth management advisor, with hands-on experience in handling stock investment services
Strong sales orientation with demonstrated ability
Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
