Responsibilities:

• Execute orders, manage risk control for trading to ensure compliance and efficiency

• Perform securities borrowing and lending (SBL) operations, including matching, collateral management, contract follow-up and settlement

• Support virtual asset (VA) trading operations, including order processing, client activation/enquiry handling, deposit/withdrawal coordination, and compliance monitoring for spot VA products (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum)

• Support equity capital markets (ECM) projects, including IPO placing, bookbuilding and settlement

• Prepare and review daily/monthly reports to support management decisions and regulatory reporting

• Participate in system UAT testing to verify new feature stability and compliance

• Coordinate with internal and external departments (IT, Compliance, Settlement, Client Services, etc.) to drive project execution

Requirements:

• University degree or above, preferably in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting or related discipline

• Minimum 3–5 years of securities industry experience, with solid knowledge in Crypto currency, global equities and options preferred

• Proven experience in risk control, order execution, client servicing, securities borrowing and lending (SBL) and ECM supporting

• Experience in external broker maintenance, system UAT and cross-department coordination

• Familiar with SFC and HKEX regulations; holding relevant licenses (RA1) is an advantage

• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools, with strong reporting and communication skills

• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken), detail-oriented, responsible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
