Starting from 27th April 2018, SFC requires all online trading system to implement two-factor authentication as. Please make sure you complete the registration before logging in. Please provide the following information correctly when you register.

• Account number
• Login password
• The first 3 numeric digits of your ID card number
• Registered phone number

If there are changes of above information, please notify our staff.

Please open online trading after downloading “Top Trader”, “SPEED” or “SP Trader”, key in the above information and press “Next”. The system will generate a one-time passcode and send to your registered mobile phone. Key in the one-time passcode to complete the registration.

Download Version:

1. Visit CHIEF Website with your desktop computer, download “Top Trader” from the top right corner. Press here to main page for downloading.
2. After downloading the Top Trader, double-click short-cut “Top Trader” to open the software.
3. After completing the registration, you can login with only your login password every time.

Online Version:

1. Download “Chief Web Authentication” and complete the registration.
2. Visit the CHIEF Website, login Top Trader online version. Key in the login password and the one-time passcode sent by “Chief Web Authentication”.

Mobile Version:

1. Download “Chief Trader” Mobile APP to your mobile phone and complete the registration.
2. After the registration, you only need to key in login password every time for trading.

Download Version:

3. After completing the registration, you can login with only your login password every time.

2. After the registration, you only need to key in login password every time for trading.

Note: SP trader only allow 5 devices to be registered.

"Top Trader" login name is by default the account number. You can change the login name after logging in the system.

1. You should change password regularly. The new password should 8 characters combined by numerical and alphabetical letters with uppercase and lowercase. (e.g. Ab123456) The more complicated the password is, the safer is the online trading.
2. You should try to avoid using public WIFI or no password protected WIFI to avoid hacking.
