Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures
  
  

• Support the design, implementation and ongoing monitoring of Transaction Monitoring System (TMS) and name screening workflows
  
  

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client risk ratings, KYC documentation and related compliance records
  
  

• Keep abreast of regulatory developments, sanctions list updates and industry best practices in screening and monitoring
  
  

• Liaise with internal stakeholders across different functions to ensure smooth execution of compliance processes and adherence to internal control requirements
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to majors in economics, law, finance, accounting, or related fields
  
  

• Holder with international AML certifications such as CAMS or equivalent are highly preferred

• Prior compliance or KYC experience with virtual asset service providers (VASP) / crypto exchanges will be a strong plus

• Solid understanding of KYC, customer due diligence (CDD/EDD) and relevant regulations, including AML and CTF Ordinance and related guidelines

• Experience in new client onboarding (NRC onboarding) or operating within a similar compliance framework is an advantage

• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear and practical business processes or functional specifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Proactive, fast learner with the ability to perform well in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with strong communication skills
